Efficient Building Concepts (EBC) is a Hamptons renovation and construction company, and Westhampton and Quiogue are among our main areas of focus. We work with homeowners on everything from kitchen and bathroom remodels to additions and custom new homes, with a process that is clearly laid out from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
Westhampton and Quiogue sit in the Town of Southampton, just outside the Village of Westhampton Beach. Projects follow town building and zoning requirements, and properties near Quantuck Bay, Moriches Bay or the creeks can involve additional flood-zone and environmental considerations. We prepare and file permits, coordinate inspections and manage every trade on your behalf.
Many homes here are older cottages and farmhouses that benefit from careful updating: opening up floor plans, adding space, and improving insulation and heating and cooling efficiency. We plan the work around how you use the house and when you will be there.
Every project starts with a conversation about what you want to achieve, your budget and your timeline. From there we coordinate design, obtain the required permits with minimal input from you, schedule the trades and manage the build through to the final walkthrough. You get one point of contact and clear communication at every stage.
